Saintilome's Family lives in Codio, a community in the commune of Torbeck

Saintilome and Losiani are the parents of four children living in Codio, a community in the Commune of Torbeck. This family is living in a very difficult situation where they are not able to cover the basic needs of their children (education, food, shelter, healthcare, etc.…). Even before the 2021 earthquake, the family’s home was not adequate to protect the children from unsanitary conditions. Now, the family has tried to rebuild with the destroyed materials and the situation is worse. Without a plan that aims to help this family build a safe and secure home and provide opportunities of training and counseling, they will be a high risk for separation.
