Dayilise's Family lives in Flamand, a community in the commune of Cavaillon

Cleina is a single mother of 8 children living in Flamand, a community in the commune of Cavaillon. Unfortunately, Cleina has placed two of the children with other families where the children will be expected to household tasks in return for a place to live and go to school. Cleina also cares for her 80-year-old mother. She is only able to send three of the six children living with her to school. Their home was destroyed in August 2021 by the earthquake and now their situation is even more critical and at risk for more separation. The situation of this family is why our Social Support Model was developed. Through this model, the family can be reunited, provided with a safe and secure home, and have access to education and counseling.
